✦ By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please ensure a thorough read-through of all points before placing an order.
✦ I am not responsible if you commission me without reading my Terms of Service.
✦ If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not continue with your order.
✦ Please read all points carefully. I will decline any commission that does not fit within my terms.GENERAL
✦ All payments will be made through PayPal, VGen, or Ko-Fi only. Malaysian (Local) clients may request to pay through TNG/DuitNow QR.
✦ I may decline any commission request or client for any reason.
✦ I retain full ownership of the artwork and may use it for promotion.
✦ All artwork commissioned through me may be used for profile pictures, banners/headers, posting on social media with credit (i.e. tagging me), or printing for personal use. If the client wishes to use my artwork commercially, the client must come to an agreement with me and pay the extra fees.
✦ AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. Please do not use my artwork in datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.
✦ My commissions are strictly digital, please do not expect physical shipment of products.
✦ All commissions are for Digital Artwork only. You will receive a personal-use license unless commercial rights are bought.
✦ Communication is key. Any disputes will be handled through direct communication between Client and Artist.
✦ Clients are given unlimited revisions during the sketch process. Afterwards, the client is given TWO (2) free revisions during the lining/rendering stage.CLIENT
✦ Clients are expected to read through the Terms of Service and understand the general pricing scheme before placing an order.✦ Clients are not given the right to modify, edit, or change the final artwork unless given the OK by the Artist.
✦ Clients are not allowed to trace, copy, or use the delivered artwork as a base.
✦ Clients may not claim the delivered artwork as their own.
✦ Clients must respect the Artist's Do's and Don'ts.✦ Clients may include a watermark/signature to signify that the Artist holds the artwork's intellectual property rights.
✦ Clients are allowed to display the delivered artwork on external sites (i.e. Social Media) so long as the Artist is credited.
✦ Clients may print the delivered artwork for personal use (Not for Sale).COPYRIGHT
✦ I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my artwork.
✦ I do not claim the rights to any character designs that are not mine. I will not reuse and/or resell the delivered artwork unless it is otherwise agreed.
✦ I may share any WIPs or completed artworks on my social media unless an NDA is in place.
✦ Client is responsible for protecting their character design rights when uploading to external sites.
PAYMENTS & FEES
✦ Payment is upfront and in full on the agreed platforms (i.e. PayPal, VGen, Ko-Fi, etc.), in USD ($) for International clients, and MYR (RM) for Local clients.✦ Payments to commission proposals must be made within 2 weeks of request, otherwise it will be declined.
✦ A Non-Disclosure Agreement fee of $100/RM100 must be paid if you request that I not share your commission publicly or to be used in my portfolio.
✦ Primary use for resell of the illustration in commercial use incurs a fee of 10% of base price. (i.e. stickers, keychains, etc.)
✦ Commercial use whereby the artwork is used to support/promote another product, service or project where the artwork is not the primary item being sold incurs a fee of 10% of the base price. (i.e. promotional artwork, product covers, etc.)REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
✦ I may cancel and refund the commission at any time.
✦ You may cancel the commission request before any payment is made.
✦ Once payment is received, full refunds will be unavailable.
✦ No chargebacks under any circumstances.✦ Filing a chargeback will:
- Forfeit your right to the artwork
- Place you on a public blacklist
- Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.
- Result in a formal complaint against youDEADLINES & DELIVERY
✦ Normally, I will take from 7 days to a month to complete a commission.
✦ Commissions may take longer due to external factors such as school/work/family or personal emergencies.
✦ Any delays in replies from the customer will also delay this process.
✦ I will try my best to make it to the deadline if you give me a set deadline.PROCESS
✦ After payment, I will start the sketch and send it within 1-3 business days.
✦ I will provide updates at each stage and will pause work until I receive a response and given approval.
✦ The stages involved are: sketch, lineart, flat colours, rendering.
✦ Additional or different updates will be provided depending on the type of project or upon Client's request.REVISIONS
✦ Clients are offered unlimited major revisions during the sketching process. Afterwards, they are given a maximum of TWO (2) free minor revisions during the lining/rendering process.
✦ Major revisions to the commissioned artwork will incur a fee of $5/RM5. Minor revisions are allowed within reason.FINAL AGREEMENT
